Toggle All, Default, and/or Presets
Not much explanation needed, really.
Add the options to toggle all layers, set them back to default, or certain presets, such as only show warpgates, or something of that ilk.

That is a great idea and in fact it's something we are already working on for our next release, which should be done in a week or so! Thanks!
I would like to be able to disable layer groups. For example, right now I have to disable each layer in the "terminals" layer group if I don't want to see any terminals. Perhaps you could introduce an additional check box next to the group title that would disable/enable all sub layers.
